You may want to purchase a QPass card ($3) at the Transit Station front desk if you want to follow the story. Just make sure to keep track of memories. From Pizza Pals to vending machines that can sass talk, you’re in for a wild ride. On your journey, you’ll encounter exotic plants, otherworldly crystals, peculiar creatures, and possibly a few secrets. The Multiversal Transit Authority, QDOT, has opened up a special connection to the four worlds for people to explore. These memories, or MEMs, can be stored and shared, and are now the currency of the Convergence. Because of the value and increasing scarcity of these past memories, an entire economy has formed around them. Even those, though, are in danger, as Memory Storms plague the land (caused by psychic aftershock from the Convergence), scattering and taking the memories of those hit. In this new world, citizens are left with only the memories of their past lives. Three decades ago, an event called the Convergence occurred, a cosmic event that ripped pieces from four different planets, bringing those fragments together and pulling floods of people from their homes, leaving them with only their memories and a new, converged world to navigate. Story Summary: This is a science fiction epic that you can alter and weave through interaction. It is located in Denver and includes an exhibit, music venue, and a café called HELLOFOOD. Conveniently, there is a simplified map of the quantum travel routes accessible from Convergence Station painted in the left hand side of this mural.Ĭonvergence Station is the third permanent installation created by Meow Wolf and is Meow Wolf's largest location at approximately 90,000 square feet.
